We love campervans and really like the freedom and individuality that they can release. We also really love a challenge, so please feel free to have a chat about whatever campervan conversion project you might be considering.
We aim to make things as you want rather than the other way around, to make you a camper in your own image.

I originally trained as a Mechanical Engineer and hold a BSc degree in Technology. I've built things my whole life, spent 25 years in industry making custom products and then a further 10 years building home improvement projects. I especially enjoy making something unique and bespoke for either ourselves or for our customers.
We love a challenge so this is why we have set up Hippo Campers, to combine our love of Van life with making something unique that will stand out from the crowd.
We also love Motor Racing at Hippo Campers and as such we are proud to sponsor a local racer, Harry Hickton , in the 2024 MINI Challenge Trophy.
